All the selected candidates for PhD. under Utkal University those who have enrolled for course work are hereby advised to contact their respective HoD for commencement of course work relating to their field of research and as per guidelines issued by Utkal University. The course work may commenced from 9th April 2013 for a period of six months. The supervisors are to be fixed by concerned departments in consulation with HoD.
